Back in 2004, Randall realized a retirement pension and social security alone wouldn't deliver the life he and his wife envisioned. He jumped into real estate — building passive income through rental properties, learning subject-to financing, and managing fix-and-flip projects. Along the way, he learned firsthand the struggles investors face when it comes to managing and funding their deals.
